This is a fabulous tote from Brighton. It is a nice gray color outside and has open pockets on each side.  There is a hard handle and also a very long strap. There is a magnetic snap closure.  Inside there are zippered compartments on both sides, and one side has 2 slip-pockets in front of the zippered compartment.  Inside there is one very large zippered compartment in the center with lots of open space around it.  This is a hard-working bag for a hard-working woman. There is also a key clip.
