BLACK Version

A unique Japanese handkerchief featuring the mysterious and playful world of Yokai, traditional Japanese supernatural creatures.

The design is inspired by Hyakki Yagyo, the legendary “Night Parade of One Hundred Demons,” and the fascinating Yokai imagery associated with Edo-period artist Kawanabe Kyosai.

Made from soft and absorbent gauze fabric, this generously sized handkerchief is comfortable to the touch and highly versatile. It can be used not only as a handkerchief, but also as a bandana, neck scarf, wrapping cloth for a lunch box, or as a decorative Japanese textile.

The Yokai series was supervised by Koichi Yumoto, a noted collector and researcher of Japanese Yokai paintings.
