STORY SUMMARY

Edgar Buchanan stars as the legendary Judge Roy Bean, the colorful frontier figure who establishes himself as the law in the rugged Texas community of Langtry.

When lawlessness threatens the people of the region, Bean takes matters into his own hands and creates his own distinctive system of frontier justice. Operating from his combination saloon and general store, the Judge hears disputes, investigates crimes and attempts to keep order in a territory filled with dangerous characters.

Jack Buetel co-stars as Jeff Taggert, Bean's trusted deputy and frequent partner in tracking down criminals. Jackie Loughery plays Letty Bean, the Judge's niece, whose adventures sometimes place her directly in the middle of the action.
