In very good vintage condition, I don’t see anything to point out. The belt is a marriage so it doesn’t originally come with the jacket, but it looks nice with it.

scraggly tassels - the best way I can describe it lol. The belt is made of silk and the coat is made out of rayon chest across 21 inches shoulders 24 inches sleeve 24 inches back length 30 inches.
