SHIPPING INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly using Australia Post. In most case, items are shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided.

However, please note that some products may be fulfilled by our international suppliers depending on stock availability. In these cases, alternative carrieres may be used, and delivery time may vary.

Estimated delivery times will depend on the item and destination. If you require a specific delivery timeframe before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to provide an update.

We always strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible

Please understand that some factors like weather, high postal traffic, and the performance of shipping companies are outside of our control.

We offer free shipping to all Australia and ship within 5 business days of payment, usually sooner. We do accept P.O. Boxes.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on items which you are not completely satisfied with. You have the option for a full-refund or an exchange of the item.

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal.
