I have a Simplicity Costumes For Adults pattern #4923 that features a Jack Sparrow, pirate or swashbuckler outfit. The package contains instructions and patterns to make the following for each costume:

• A: Coat with long sleeves, below hip-length, and buttons down the front, on the cuffs and in the back.
• B, C: Vest with several buttons down the front (the number of buttons depends on the length of the vest).
• D, E: Long sleeved shirt with bishop sleeves and a ruffled hem with variations. Shirt D has a cravet.
• F: Pants with hook closure, six buttons and side slits.

The pattern is a men's Large (42 - 44" chest and 43 - 45" hip) and Extra-Large (46 - 48" chest and 47 - 49" hip). This is a used pattern that has been checked, is complete and cut to an XL making both sizes available.
