The BEA 10BR3-X (also referred to as the BR3-X) is a programmable 3-relay logic module manufactured by BEA Sensors. It functions as a central control center to manage sequencing, timing, and security interfaces. Commonly used in automated systems, its primary applications include automatic pedestrian doors, access control systems, industrial automation, and single-occupancy public restrooms (such as controlling "normally locked" or "normally unlocked" washroom doors)

Relay Output Configurations: Equipped with three integrated relays—two 3-Amp relays and one 1-Amp relay. Built-in surge suppression eliminates the need for external components.

Logic Functions: Features 13 programmable logic

functions. These include standard timers, ratchet/latching modes, inhibitors, 2-relay and 3-relay sequencers, and specialized restroom control parameters.

On-Board Power: Includes a WET output option to power electric locking devices (like maglocks or electric strikes) directly from the module.

Interface & Setup: Employs a simple two-button programming system paired with a dual seven-segment digital display for troubleshooting and customization.

Electrical Needs: Operates on a supply voltage of 12 to 24V AC/DC (±10%).

Form Factor: Compact design housed in ABS plastic. It measures roughly 5.2" W × 1" H × 2.2" D and supports surface or DIN-rail mounting.
