Sprinter & Crafter Bed Mounting Brackets – Custom Heights Available

Thank you for taking a look at our bed mounting brackets for Mercedes Sprinter and Volkswagen Crafter vans.

We’re a small workshop based in Devon, and we originally started making these brackets for our own van conversions after finding that the options available on the market didn’t quite meet our needs. We now offer them to other van builders and DIY converters looking for a simple, strong and cost-effective solution.

Made from 15mm plywood – strong, lightweight and easy to work with.

Custom heights available – our brackets are individually made to the height you require.
Standard height: 95cm – a popular height that provides plenty of space underneath for storing and transporting bikes.

Easy to paint – the plywood construction can be finished to suit your conversion.

Easy to build around – you can mount your own timber bed frame directly to the brackets, giving you the freedom to create your own setup without being tied to expensive proprietary components.

Cost-effective – build your bed frame using readily available timber rather than spending hundreds of pounds on additional components.
Fitting

The brackets are designed to be bolted into your van using M8 bolts and threaded rivet nuts.
You will need a threaded rivet nut gun to install the rivet nuts. If you don't have the tools or would simply prefer us to do the installation, we can fit the brackets for you at our Devon workshop.
