Clean freeze crack separation down the near center of the stone that is almost invisible when it lays in place due to being so dark.  Has beautiful natural striations in the slate and a very clean bore through hole.  Found in the Ohio/ Indiana Regions of the United States and likely 3,000-6,000 years old.
