This is a hand carved African serpentine stone bust sculpture crafted by a Shona sculptor in Zimbabwe with initials T.K..  It represents a traditional African bust carving depicting a tribal elder, featuring detailed facial texturing and inlaid African beadwork necklace and hat band.  He also sports a turquoise embellishment at the neck.  The beads symbolize tribal heritage and status.
