Large and unusual handmade wooden motorcycle display model, measuring approximately 46 cm long.
A highly detailed decorative piece with classic American cruiser styling, featuring a V-twin style engine, large sweeping mudguards, spoked wheels, solo saddle, handlebars, headlamp, exhaust and rear luggage roll.
Constructed predominantly from carved and shaped wood with metal detailing and rubber-type tyres. Finished in dark brown, black and antique gold/brass tones with a deliberately aged, rustic appearance.
The design has the character of a mid-20th-century American touring motorcycle and would make an impressive display piece for a motorcycle enthusiast, collector, man cave, workshop, office or study.
Please note the condition carefully: the rear mudguard has previously suffered damage and has been repaired. There are visible cracks/repair lines in this area. The stand has also been replaced with a fabricated metal stand rather than the original component. There are various marks, chips, rubbing and finish losses elsewhere consistent with its decorative rustic appearance and previous ownership.
No manufacturer's name or identifying marks have been found, so it is being sold simply as a handmade wooden motorcycle model rather than attributed to a particular maker or motorcycle manufacturer.
