This is a pre-owned, like new, open box 1994 International Haute Couture Rainbow Barbie Doll—35^th Anniversary Limited Edition Mattel Doll. 

It has blue eyes, blonde hair, wearing a striking rainbow dress and blue jacket. She’s truly striking for any doll collector. 

The doll comes with all original accessories (which may include doll stand, shoes, brush, and papers where applicable). It’s in the original packaging, box with serial number.

I listed it as used because there’s slight wear and fading on the box and styrofoam. Although the box has been opened to inspect the doll and take pictures, it has never been removed from the box and styrofoam (NRFB). 

This doll has been stored in a pet-free, smoke-free environment.
