College students, Billy and Julio, have been friends since childhood but recently Julia senses something very sirange is happening to her oldest friend. He's becoming increasingly unhinged, delusional and rants about having nightmares just like when he was a little boy. He warns her to watch out for signs that 'they' are coming

- if a mark that won't heal appears on your body, it means they are coming to collect you.

Just when Julia believes Billy is having a paranoia induced breakdown, she begins to have the same disturbing dreams. Only they don't feel like dreams. And then she finds a mysterious mark on her body.
