There are no hagire (cracks in the edge). There are multiple small edge chips at the marked red-circled areas. There are pull scratches and other scratches on the blade. The shirasaya has scratches and signs of wear. Please review all photos carefully before purchasing.

Explanation:

This is an antique Japanese wakizashi with an unsigned blade (mumei) in shinogi-zukuri construction.

The blade has a length of 42.2 cm with a gentle curvature of 0.8 cm, and a blade weight of 343 g, giving it a compact and well-balanced appearance.

The registration certificate is from Wakayama Prefecture No. 30277.

A Notification of Change of Ownership form and a pre-addressed printed envelope are included.
