This is a very handsomely designed dive watch from Certina. The case is brushed on top and polished on the sides. It is a Precidrive quartz movement which is astonishingly accurate. It is averaging plus a few seconds a month. The rubber strap is very nice too with a good thickness and texture on the back, in addition to the stitching. It also has a protrusion on the outside strap keeper that holds it in place, which is a nice touch and fairly uncommon. With my calipers, it measures 40.2mm across the bezel and 9.6mm thick. It is therefore very comfortable to wear and easily fits under a dress shirt sleeve. The polished elements also give this watch some nice presence. I think this watch is a nice quartz alternative to a Sinn designed watch. There is remaining warranty until Sept. 1, 2027. The warranty card is shown and included. I have also included a screenshot of a recent sale of a variant of this watch which sold for over $650. Thanks for looking.
