This is marked "M" for Medium, however I would say it is for a Small to Medium Dog.

Instructions for use:

1. Soak the cooling dog vest in cold water,
2. Wring out excess water
3. Put the cooling jacket on your dog and repeat for long periods in the heat.

PS: If you put it in water, twist it dry, put it in the freezer for 10 minutes and then take it out, the cooling effect will be more obvious.
