Thomas Kinkade Village Christmas Illuminated Tree Ltd Edition WORKING BOXED COA. Item has been on display previously, but shows little to no signs of wear as a result of this from what I can see, with the only thing I can see being the star being a little yellowed towards the bottom. It looks as though it may have possibly been knocked off and glued back on and perhaps the glue has yellowed but I couldn't know for sure as its been like this since I bought it. 
Other than this though looks all good to me although there is every chance I may have missed something small as the model is so detailed so please do feel free to check for yourself to make sure you are happy before purchasing!
Item looks as though it could run from batteries as there is a battery compartment on the bottom but I'm not 100% sure as I have no batteries to test it with, but it also runs through being plugged into the mains with the included plug, which as you can see in the photos appears to work perfectly. Also comes with Certificate of Authenticity verifying it is a limited edition model, and in its original strong outer box and polystyrene packaging.
Tree measures at about 38cm tall and 27cm in diameter across the base.
