Hard cover book with unclipped dust jacket. Dust jacket is in very poor condition and has been repaired with tape that holds it together. See photos.

Green cloth/covered boards on good condition. Front board has a slight bow and fading/foxing sound edges, spine has gilt lettering in reasonable condition, back cover in good condition. There is a slight lean on the spine.

Text block edge has light foxing. Forest and last few pages have have foxing, front fly sheet has previous owner’s name in black ink dating from 1950. Pages have age tanning, otherwise are in good condition, clean and with sound hinges. Beautifully illustrated with full page computer plates by Arthur Rackham.
