Description
An extensive, heavy vintage job lot of Sylvanian Families (Tomy / Epoch) buildings, furniture, and small accessories weighing approximately 6.3kg total. This massive collection features classic vintage structures including a large yellow Grand Hotel/mansion building, stable building, sandpit play area, along with a wide variety of furniture sets covering living room, bedroom, kitchen, nursery, and study pieces.
Note on Modifications: A previous owner customized several pieces by gluing down small accessories to set detailed scenes (e.g., books, rulers, and pots fixed directly onto shelves and desks, wall pictures glued to interior walls). Ideal for collectors, restorers, or customisers looking for spare parts and vintage additions.

Condition
Sold as a mixed condition job lot needing cleaning, repair, or restoration. Various small accessories and room items have been glued down by the previous owner to create set scenes. Includes broken, cracked, or incomplete plastic components (e.g., bathtub with tape/glue residue, loose paper border trim). Items show dust, play marks, scuffs, and adhesive residue throughout. Unchecked for completeness; missing pieces are to be expected. Please review all photographs carefully.
Combined Postage: We combine UK postage whenever possible to save you money and reduce environmental impact. Note: Large items may need to be sent separately due to size/fragility.
Exclusions: We regrettably do not post to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland, or PO Box/postcodes starting with BT, IM, or TR21-25.
International Shipping: We use eBay’s Global Shipping Programme. eBay sets these delivery prices and handles the invoicing and combined shipping for international orders.
Items listed as "Collection Only" are too fragile or oversized for our couriers and cannot be packaged for third-party shipping.

If you are collecting more than 5 items, please provide 48 hours notice before arrival.
Items must be collected within 2 weeks. Due to limited space, items not collected within this timeframe will be re-listed unless prior arrangements have been made.
