When you purchase an Architect Contactless Payment watch, we make it easy to set up your watch payments. Full instructions will be provided. The first debit/credit card you add must be from the UK or any EEA country. You can then use the watch for payments globally. You will need to create an account and you must be 18 years old. You will also need to download the dedicated app which is free. The standard monthly plan is no cost.

- Try and keep it to a maximum of 3 words per line.

- Try and keep it to a maximum of 3 lines of text [9 words in total].

- You can draw/write whatever you like, we will touch it up to look amazing and scale it down to fit perfectly on the watch

- We recommend fewer words rather than too many as each word will then be engraved slightly larger

Our Simple Return Policy:

We like to look after our customers so we go above and beyond with our returns policy. Life is already complex enough, we keep things simple and no receipt is required.

You are not restricted by the below policy and we are always willing to come to some resolution so please contact us if you are not 100% happy.

If you happen to receive a faulty product we will offer a replacement which will be dispatched within 1 working day. This is available 6 months once you receive the product. Certain products come with a longer warranty and will be stated on the product page.

Due to the nature of personalised gifts, these cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty. 

Your customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
