That’s right. Sexiest man of 1975. The man with every adjective phrase imaginable from the final stages of the original 12” Joe line… Flocked hair with patches of pattern baldness. Smoldering and slightly paranoid eagle eye stare. Kung fu grip with all fingers still mostly attached. Muscle body with all limbs attached, albeit restrung. Every collector needs at least one… most collectors know what a pain it is to actually restring one. Eagle eye works very well. Hair could use a reflock. Restrung shoulders and elbows, not by me. Knees and ankles are vintage 1975 rubber. I’m not attempting to take boots off; do so at your own risk. Blue plastic underwear is discolored and has the patina of not being properly washed since 1975. Right pectoral muscle discolored in spiderweb pattern for who knows what reason; it was the 70’s, don’t ask. Restring isn’t flawless. His left arm sits in the socket slightly odd (so does mine at this point). Both shoulders are a little springy. KFG hands are hardened with some minor cracking, but not bad for this figure. Can he stand on his own. Heck no. I’ll include the stand. Are his joints tight? Elbows, waist, and neck, yes…. The rest not so much. Does he have a shirt? No. He did not survive 50 years as a muscle body Joe to hide his magnificence and look like those earlier Joes that prided themselves on “durable construction”. Again… the pants stay because I’m terrified to remove the boots. Is he sexy for a man in his 50s with significant reconstructive surgery? You know it. He’s been in my collection for over 30 years. He’s pretty much the same now as when I bought him.
