Early Precursors & Peelers: Features the Bow Street Horse Patrol (which operated within a 20-mile radius of Charing Cross) and the iconic 1829 Peeler constable uniform with dark blue knee-length coats, leather belts, and top hats.
Victorian & 19th-Century Era: Highlights officers such as PC Tom Smith of 1884 in an 8-button tunic, mounted horse patrol officers in their 1836 uniforms (known as "Redbreasts"), traffic duty officers from the turn of the century with Hansom cabs and omnibuses, WPC Agnes Thornton, and officers wearing the coxcomb helmet that replaced top hats in 1864.
Historic Moments & Transport: Showcases classic transport ranging from slow-moving 1920 Model T Fords and horse-drawn carriages to motorcycles and police helicopters.
