【Operating Instructions】
1. Before use, please check whether the massager can be switched on. If it cannot be switched on, please charge the massager fully using the supplied charging cable before use.
2. Separate the Velcro fastenings on the massager to fully unfold the product.
3. Secure the massager around your ankle. The correct orientation is with the control panel facing upwards and the digital display facing downwards. Adjust the tightness to your preference before use. Note: The product can be used over clothing.
4. Press and hold the power button to switch on the device; it defaults to level 0. Press the intensity button briefly to select one of four intensity levels, which can be adjusted sequentially from 1 to 4 (low to high).
5. Whilst the device is running, press the mode button to switch between the three massage modes: Foot Soothing, Kneading Relaxation, and Lifting Massage.
6. Whilst the device is running, press the heating button briefly to activate the heating mode. There are four temperature settings (the four temperature indicator lights, from left to right, correspond to 40, 45, 50 and 55°C ±5°C, respectively), which can be adjusted as required. The heating and massage modes can be used simultaneously.
7. The unit will automatically switch off 15 minutes after starting. During this time, pressing any button will refresh the timer. The unit will switch off automatically if the battery voltage drops below 2.8V whilst in operation.
8. The unit does not operate whilst charging. During charging, the number 8 will scroll across the display; the light will turn off once fully charged.

Take care to protect the main unit’s display screen. To clean the main unit, wipe with a soft cloth. 【Fabric Area Care】
The fabric area is not suitable for machine washing. When cleaning or maintaining, use alcohol to disinfect and remove sweat stains, or wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
