You are bidding on what you see in the photos - the newly complete X-wing ship and no minifigures. Do not have all of the parts for the 4 thrusters on the back but have included some of the pieces for that section of the ship. Almost everything on the ship is included - I had one thin 2x2 in sand blue that I could not replace, so I used light gray, but this would not be noticed on display or in playtime.
