International orders are shipped using eBay’s Global Shipping Programme (GSP).

Every Zippo lighter is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

• Strong protective cardboard box
• Standard-sized Zippo packages will normally fit through most UK letterboxes
• All Zippo lighters are supplied brand new and without fuel, exactly as they leave the manufacturer

🔄 Returns

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If you’ve changed your mind, the item isn’t suitable, or it’s not what you expected, returns are accepted.

Please contact me before opening a return request so I can help make the process as quick and straightforward as possible.

To qualify for a return, the lighter must be:

• Unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with its original packaging

The return address is shown on your parcel, and you’re welcome to reuse the original packaging.

📮 Delayed or Missing Deliveries

UK Orders

Royal Mail Tracked 24 normally arrives within 1–2 working days, although occasional delays can occur.

International Orders

Orders sent through eBay’s Global Shipping Programme generally arrive within 10–14 days, although customs inspections and local postal services can sometimes cause delays.

Lost Parcels

Although it’s rare, parcels can occasionally go missing during transit.

Please don’t worry.

All orders are fully protected, and if your parcel is confirmed as lost through no fault of your own, I’ll happily arrange either:

• A full refund, or
• A replacement item (subject to availability)

❤️ Why Do Some Prices End in 40p?

You may notice some of my listings end in unusual prices such as £53.40 rather than rounded figures.

There’s actually a reason for this.

I believe in supporting my local Post Office. They provide a fantastic service and work incredibly hard, yet receive only a very small payment for handling many postal services.

For every order I send, I choose to drop parcels off at my local branch rather than using collection services. The additional 40p built into some prices helps support my local Post Office while allowing me to continue using their excellent service.

Please support your own local Post Office whenever you can—they’re an important part of our communities.
