Creative Crafts California Creations 90155 Hometown Chapel Christmas Village

I purchased 20 different buildings about 35yrs ago with the intention of making a Victorian Christmas village for my train set. Obviously, it never materialized and it’s time for them to have a new home. Some were purchased in boxes, and some were shrink wrapped. The items in boxes were wrapped in thin foam sheets. None of these have ever been displayed or opened except for pictures.

This is the 90155 Hometown Chapel. The spire/bell tower is enclosed underneath It is sealed in shrink wrap  Please see pictures, will combine shipping, please see my other auctions, happy to answer questions.
