Here I am selling our beloved 2023 Eriba 310 Touring Caravan; with new service and leak test carried out on 16 July 2026.

We have used the caravan regularly every month since purchase last year (2025) New via a dealer. We our the only owner. Selling due to recently bought a camper that better suits our needs and future plans.

This caravan is 3 birth. 

A fixed spacious double bed, small dinning area which can become a bed. Huge storage area under double bed. Wardrobe with storage below plus above cupboards. Two ring gas burner, sink, fridge that operates on gas, mains (240v) and 12v whilst driving between destinations. Truma gas heater. LED lighting. Waste water container included along with clean water container. Has stylish curtains with mesh and blinds on all windows.

This caravan benefits from 240v hook up and 12v leisure battery. 4, three pin electrical sockets and USB and type C socket. Has full 6kg calor propane gas bottle. 

This caravan is very capable of off grid living as we have for five days at a time if required (tried and tested)

We also have original manuals and paperwork that come with the van.

One advisory to keep an eye on is one of the window seals due to meter reading slightly high. We’ve been advised that it would likely cost £300-£400 to repair.
