These are vintage 1995 Kellogg's Corny the Rooster cereal bowl made of white melamine.

The bowl features a graphic of Corny the Rooster in the center and the slogan "The Best to You Each Morning" printed around the rim.

It was part of a collectible set released by Kellogg's in 1995, often redeemable by sending in box tops.
