Vintage Lilliput Lane Tranquility Model 813 in Original box with Deeds & COA. Item has been on display previously, but shows little to no signs of wear as a result of this from what I can see other than a very small chip to the tree on the right hand side but not too major in my opinion, although please do feel free to check for yourself to make sure you are happy before purchasing!
Item is a limited edition, being one of only 2,500 of this model ever produced, with this model in particular being number 2,141 as you can see on the box and on the included Certificate of Authenticity.
Figure measures at about 14cm tall, 19cm wide and 18cm long.
