Recipient

Acting Sergeant G. Bibb
Service No. GS/13159
Royal Fusiliers (City of London Regiment)

The Medal Index Card confirms Acting Sergeant G. Bibb served with the Royal Fusiliers and was awarded the British War Medal and Victory Medal for overseas service during the First World War. There is no entitlement to the 1914 Star or 1914–15 Star, indicating that his qualifying overseas service commenced after the qualifying period for those earlier campaign medals.
