• All slab damage, authenticity and condition claims must include full unboxing video evidence and be submitted within 48 hours of parcel receipt after international delivery. Claims sent past this time frame cannot be processed due to cross-border logistics traceability limits.
• Slab scratches, seal cracks or breakage caused by buyer’s local mishandling, improper storage or self-opening after delivery are not covered by our cross-border compensation policy.
