Antique Dinner Plate Brown Blue Transferware R. Pierallini Portioi Earthenware

Description

Wonderful old, antique blue and brown transferware pattern plate measuring 9.5" diameter. The plate was purchased in Sorrento Italy on a recent buying trip. The back is marked in blue Giuseppe Portioi with an impressed R. Pierallini mark as well. The plate shows wear from it's age, chips on glaze on rim (not real chips but glaze wear), some dark brown marks or incision in the white section. Please see all images. Shows wear but so great!
