Includes Ruff Guide to Crufts still stapled in the centre and in excellent, unmarked condition.

The front cover has a small tear bottom right.  The back cover left corner has a fold and brown age marks across the top.

The magazine has not been used or marked and is in very good condition.  Each page has brown aging round the edges and centre line.
