  • Payment

    You can use various payment methods based on eBay Managed Payments. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Cancellations & Returns

    Cancellation or returns will be accepted only if the item has an obvious problem that was not mentioned in the listing description. If that, please let us know within 3 days you got the item. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any charge incurred shipping products back.

  • International Buyers

    Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping

    Before you buy, I'd like to be upfront about import costs so there are no surprises.
    My items ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means import charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping — they are paid by you to the carrier at the time of delivery.
    What's changing in the EU:
    - From 1 July 2026, the EU is removing the duty-free exemption for parcels valued at €150 or less. A flat customs duty of €3 per product category will apply.
    - From 1 November 2026, an additional EU handling fee (around €2) is expected to be introduced, bringing the total to roughly €5 per product category.
    Please note this charge is per product category (HS tariff heading), not per item: several of the same product count as one category, while different categories are charged separately.
    So at delivery, you may be asked to pay the following before your parcel is released:
    - VAT (as applies in your country)
    - The EU customs charge: €3 per product category (rising to about €5 from 1 November 2026)
    - A small clearance/handling fee charged by the postal service or courier
