The phone appears to be complete. It comes with the box with the Styrofoam inserts, the foot pedal, and the headset as well as power supply.

None of the buttons have been marked up or colored

Some of the telephone cord that comes with it has paint overspray on it and I think there’s some on the power supply cord as well
