can be worn on or off-shoulder

full skirt with layers of stiff tulle covered in mesh and lace

no size label but fits UK 8 (mannequin in photos is size 8)

 measurements; underarm > underarm 17 ins - waist circum 28 ins - hips 36 ins - length 35½ ins
