First, let me say I doubt you'll find another pair as well cared for as this one at this price. Please keep an eye out as we will be listing all our female hockey equipment which was rarely used. These shin pads were worn less than a dozen times, sometimes on ice and sometimes on synthetic ice so you may see a few flakes from that. Nothing is wrong with them, on the contrary, they are in very good condition. They're comfortable (using your straps) and have been well cared for. Just in time for league play and certainly a pair that will last you years especially if you're finished growing (worn by a 50+ year old woman) insured shipping for this initially pricey pair is just $14.90 so good luck and have fun bidding. Remember to peek at all the other hockey goodies; some of them can of course be worn by guys such as this pair. (I found this online on how to measure;
'Use a flexible tape measure & place it against the inside curve of the shell, measuring INSIDE the pad. If you're trying to ensure your leg fits inside comfortably, measure from the inside lining edge to the other edge. The 12" (30cm) measurement on the pads here refers to the length of(from the center of the knee to the top of the ankle) while the width is generally designed to be proportional to that size.'
Having said that, I'm getting 11 1/2" at the knee and at the widest part of the shin, from inside, 11"
**A promise I make that is true since my beginning on eBay back in 1999~ I do not hold items. Once you see the tracking number, the item is taken out of the house to be shipped as I'm first and foremost, excited for you to get your item and secondly, I'm not into clutter. SO, please be patient with our delivery systems as they are overwhelmed and I can certainly speak for our local PO. They're operating on a skeleton crew and UPS also drops everything there for the USPS people to deliver! Thank you for your understanding of this and the fact that I have no control of your item once it leaves my very capable One more thing which I'd like to mention is that when eBay gives you a delivery time, it's only an estimate. Many things can make the shipment late with no fault of the shipper so please remember this and give the sellers feedback based on the item you received, not when you received the item. Thank you for perusing our site and God bless~and remember, we all thrive on feedback which tells others we're safe to buy from.
Also, combining shipping doesn't mean you get 2 or 3 items shipped for the price of one as a few have thought lately. It means I will pack everything together and save you money as in this example; one item is $4.15 to ship. Say you want 3 items, it will be less than tripling the price to be $12.45 but they can not all go for $4.15. (o:
Auction items must be paid for within 12 hours or I will need to relist, thank you.
