Men’s Dr. Martens Newton 8 Eyelet Ankle Boots in UK Size 10 (EU 44).

These black leather boots are in good condition, with light, even wear to the soles, insoles and linings and no significant rips or stains to the uppers. There are a couple of minor marks, as well as some minor leather perishing to the tops of the ankle shafts and some creasing to the toe areas, but these are not overly detrimental to their appearance. The laces have not frayed and the colours remain glossy.
