Vintage Bunker-Ramo Telequote III electronic stock-market quote terminal manufactured by the Teleregister Products division of Bunker-Ramo Corporation.
These terminals were used by brokerage offices to retrieve securities information such as bid and ask prices, volume, market trends, dividends, and price ranges. The Telequote III was part of the early transition from ticker tape and telephone-based quotes to electronic financial-data terminals. Bunker-Ramo was also closely involved in the original NASDAQ system.
Features a small CRT display, alphabetical security-entry keyboard, dedicated financial-data function keys, front adjustment knob, attached power cord, and heavy-duty multi-pin communications cable.
This unit is untested. It has not been powered on or connected to its original communications system. Display operation, internal electronics, keyboard functions, cables, and all other functionality are unknown. Due to its age, specialized design, and inability to fully test it, it is being sold as-is for parts, restoration, display, museum use, or prop purposes.
The terminal shows substantial cosmetic wear consistent with age and former commercial use, including dust, grime, scratches, scuffs, paint loss, discoloration, oxidation, worn keys, and marks throughout. The top ventilation panel is especially dusty and stained. Cords and connectors show age and wear. No additional equipment, documentation, or service access is included.
Please review every photo carefully for exact condition, identification plate information, cables, connectors, and included components. This is a heavy vintage electronic item and will be packed carefully.
