Vintage Louis Marx & Co. lithographed tin “Kitty Kat” mechanical toy featuring a gray cat with a yellow bow pushing a red wooden ball.
This is a tail-operated lever toy rather than a conventional key-wind toy. When functioning correctly, pressing the raised tail propels the cat forward as it chases the ball. The mechanism on this example is currently nonworking. The circular Marx Toys logo is visible on the underside.
