The U.S. government has eliminated the $800 de minimis duty-free limit for all imported shipments.

This means all items—regardless of value—may now be subject to duties, taxes, and clearance fees upon entry into the United States. Any customs duties or import taxes assessed by CBP are the buyer’s responsibility.
