This is a very beautiful, unique and vintage TIFFANY & Co 10 HARTS 925 STERLING  lariat necklace and pouch (weight 8.6g). The necklace has marvelous 10 hearts, 925 sterling in nice quality (bottom has 925 T&Co). The necklace has a very exotic and elegant feel to it. It measures 20" long. The necklace is in very good condition.
