This is a set of 6 vintage Mottahedeh Creil reproduction black and white transferware plates made in Italy. The series reproduces 19th-century French earthenware patterns from the famous Creil-Montereau pottery. Each plate features a distinct black-and-white scene with an ornate foliate rim, depicting traditional French street vendors and regional workers known historically as the "Les Cris de Paris" (Cries of Paris) series.

These measure 4.25” wide x 5” tall.

All are an excellent vintage condition and have notches so a wire could be added if you wanted to hang on a wall
