INGERSOLL Triumph Chronograph Vintage Pocket Watch

This watch is in cosmetically good condition,

however I have listed it’s as fair because mechanically the second hand isn’t moving and appears to be stuck to the minute hand. The watch winds and ticks and both hour and minutes hand move . The watch does stop and loses time & a gentle shake seems to wake it up. The stop button works on the side & stops the watch.

It is in need of some expertise attention and a service.
