Hand Carved Stone Turtle with 佛 (Buddha) Inscription — Longevity Amulet

A palm-sized turtle carved from dense, jade-like stone, with a wonderfully weathered, ancient-style finish. In Chinese tradition the turtle is the great symbol of longevity, patience, and steady good fortune — and this little fellow carries an extra blessing: the character 佛 (Buddha) carved into his plastron.
