1- I am not an authorized BM dealer. They know who I am and have had many conversations with me over the past 2 years. I cannot be a dealer because i dont meet the requirements yet but I am doing my best to get to that point as soon as possible. So I only sell the BM 185BK-1 and use the information given to me by thr company to do my best to verify the legitimacy

2- As I am not a dealer and I have moral and ethical standards I have to state that I cannot guarantee 100% authenticity. I have sent samples to BM and when I get a response of "this is a clone or fake" I scrap the batch or send it back to the supplier and no longer use them. When i get a response of "we cannot confirm or deny this is authentic," it is the best they can do according to their legal team to essentially say we believe it to be legit, but legally as i am not a dealer they cannot give me the guarantee.

3- My agreement with BM is that I take full responsibility for the warranty and replacement of the knives if there is a defect or damage. This has allowed me to sell the BM 185BK-1 without them flagging me for any infringement. They are ok with the way I am doing this, and when I am able to be a dealer ill be able too.

4- these are bought wholesqle by me, not on temu or aliexpress. Often with damaged boxes making them undesirable to put on a store shelf. This helps me with lower cost which I can then pass to you.

5- I do my absolute best to inspect every detail including weights metal testing, looking at the screw types and more to make sure they are legit. Even the head of the authentication Department has told me they cannot tell because the clones are often the same metal and screws and everything except the have one or 2 hidden things that only their verification teams know to be able to say they are authentic. So even if they are a clone they are the same knife as far as specs and materials. I prefer to think of it as store brand vs brand name and BM doesnt have an issue with what im doing as long as i take responsibility for replacement and warranty of the balde and make sure that those who are buying understand that these are if not BM knives they are at least made with the same materials and that I am not trying to trick anyone. I am trying my best to be honest and transparent and do this with integrity, morals, and ethics.

6- Lastly, because of this I will not accept returns based on authenticity. If there is damage to the knife or sheath i will happily replace or return them but I will not accept returns because you decide its not a true BM 185BK-1. I have done my best to explain the situation and you are purchasing this item knowing the possibilities. I know this means i wont sell these as quickly but my integrity is not worth quick sales.
