This is a vintage late 1970’s / early 1980’s Kirtland Tour Pak Early Warning bicycle bags. It is a set of three bags. 2x rear, and the large handlebar bag. Comes in a great mustard yellow color. You don’t see this combo together often. All hardware is present. You can still find the user guide on how to attach online.

I tried to get dimensions in photos. It was difficult.

I did not clean this item! Got it straight from the garage.
