Single Hose (Standard): Cools your room, but constantly forces air out of the exhaust. This creates a vacuum (negative pressure) that sucks hot air from outside or other rooms back in through doors, windows, and floorboards. Your AC is constantly fighting against itself.
Double Hose (With this Adapter): Keeps indoor and outdoor air completely separate. One hose pulls outside air in to cool the compressor, while the second hose blasts that hot air right back out. Your cold indoor air stays inside, cooling your room much faster and using less electricity.

How It Works

🔍 2. Design Verification I will check my database to confirm if I already have a compatible design or if we need to create a custom one. Once confirmed, I will invite you to purchase the listing.
🛒 3. Purchase the Listing Secure your order by purchasing this listing after we have verified your air conditioner model.
📦 4. Custom Fitting (If Required) If your model requires a brand-new design, you will mail me your removable rear filter cover so I can model the fit perfectly.
⚙️ 5. Manufacturing I will 3D print your custom dual-hose conversion panel using durable, heat-resistant PETG filament.
🚚 6. Delivery Your brand-new conversion panel—along with your original filter cover if you sent one—will be securely packaged and shipped back to you.

Durable Material: 3D-printed in premium PETG, which handles ambient and exhaust heat exceptionally well. I have been running similar setup on my own air conditioner since 2023 without any issues.
Strong, Single-Piece Design: Each adapter is printed as a single, solid piece (no weak glue seams or joints) for maximum durability. I can print item with dimensions up to 350mm^3.
Finish & Color: As with all 3D-printed parts, there may be minor, cosmetic surface imperfections that do not affect performance. I personally test every single adapter on my own machine before shipping to guarantee a proper fit. I ship these in whatever neutral color filament (usually white or grey) I currently have in stock.

📌 Please Note on Turnaround Times: If I already have a compatible template for your air conditioner, production is fast. If we need to create a new design from your filter cover, please allow a lead time of roughly one week from the day I receive your part.

Insulate your exhaust duct: Standard plastic hoses radiate a lot of heat back into the room. Wrapping your exhaust hose in reflective insulation makes a massive difference.
Hose Placement: Ensure your intake and exhaust hoses are positioned at least 50cm apart at the window. This prevents the intake from sucking in the hot exhaust air you just expelled.
