RARE 6 PIECE SET — CESARE SARTORI FOR SICA (ITALY, 1950s)
Authentic 1950s ceramic tableware set including five plates and a presentation plate. Designed by ceramist Cesare Sartori for the Italian manufacture SICA (Società Italiana Ceramica Artistica), founded in Nove (Vicencia) in 1946.
Each piece features a hand-painted figurative decor depicting a fisherman. A beautifully crafted production, eminently representative of mid 20th century Italian modern design.
