What you are viewing is an original Vintage 1920’s-30’s New Era Mfg. /Ingersoll Dollar Razor Stropping Outfit W/ Box. Piece appears to be unused, or mostly unused, and comes with the original box. Box is missing end flaps, and has some wear and aging to contend with. Strop measures 16 1/2” long, and box measures 6 3/4” long.
